We submit a full tender package: priced bill of quantities, programme, method statement, organisation chart, health and safety documentation and references. Pricing follows the client’s contractual form, whether lump sum, target cost or schedule of rates.

Every commercial project is tendered or quoted individually because the variables (site, ground, programme, contractual form, phasing, traffic management) are too large to standardise. Quotes are itemised by scope component and show VAT at 13.5% separately, so the client’s quantity surveyor can compare against other tenders.
It depends on the scope, the contractual form and any phasing requirements. A self-contained groundwork and external works package on a medium commercial site typically takes three to six months. Larger phased schemes and projects with significant traffic management requirements take longer. The programme is agreed at the tender stage.
